Weekend Game Cancellations
1. First and foremost, check websites for each league...most will post an updated message on game cancellations.
2. If the Lakota district decides to close schools, I will contact leagues with Lakota team participation on our cancellations and they will (a) post a cancellation message on their website and/or (b) call in to channel 9 news to have the cancellation message added to the telestrator at the bottom of the screen.
3. I will contact our website coordinator to place a cancellation message on the Tbird website for applicable leagues/locations. Tbird website http://www.tbirdhoops.org/default.htm
4. If another district(s) decides to cancel their scheduled games (road games) they will follow a similar process.
5. McGee's (Court 4 Sports) and Midwest Hoops (Sports Plus) can be contacted directly for game cancellations.
6. Best way to be notified of all cancellations - is to review the TV cancellation messages displayed on channel 9 news. You can also review cancellations on the channel 9 website (updated each 60 seconds): http://www.wcpo.com/default.aspx Closings: http://www.wcpo.com/schoolclosings/default.aspx
